However, if you need our help, we are doing everything possible to maintain our support in these difficult times.We have therefore increased our resources for telephone and email services. As you can imagine our phone lines are very busy and it may prove difficult to connect without holding for an extended period.If you wish to email us, please go to the tab above and select ‘More From Us’ , the list that will drop down includes the option of email advice (‘Advice By Email’).

If you are calling on our Adviceline you will be given the option to leave a voicemail message which again will avoid the need to hold on the line. We will again contact you as soon as possible.

Our Digital Advice Coaches provide just that, working from our Digital Help Centres across the region, supporting clients to use computers to access online information and self-help resources, directing them to further advice if needed.
