Local residents can call 01253 775196 and speak to someone who can help them access the right help and be directed to the most relevant organisation.
New local Extended Hours service with the lines being open:
We can help with issues around benefits, housing and relationships. We also offer debt support, help if you are struggling to pay your energy bills and can make referrals to local food banks.
We can also refer you to Wyre Council for help with assisted bin collections, council tax support, discretionary housing payments and any other council related issues.
It is with great regret that we have had to suspend our face to face services for Help to Claim. However, if you need our help, we are doing everything possible to maintain our support by other means in these difficult times.
We have therefore increased our resources for telephone and online services. As you can imagine our phone lines are very busy and it may prove difficult to connect without holding for an extended period.
If you wish to contact us online, please use the Online Enquiry button above.
If you are calling on our Adviceline you will be given the option to leave a voicemail message which again will avoid the need to hold on the line. We will again contact you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and support.

Citizens Advice Lancashire Lancashire West is modifying the service provided in the Garstang area to support local residents experiencing financial difficulties.
The free service offered is totally confidential and advice is completely impartial.
Due to the complexities surrounding debt related matters, appointments will need to be booked in advance; initially one day per month will be held at a town centre location.
A Citizens Advice representative will be available to provide one to one advice and present the options available to deal with financial difficulties.
The service will cater for people with personal debt issues; unfortunately this does not extend to those experiencing business debts.
Further information can be found on the Citizens Advice Website.
