Not all our clients need to speak to an adviser – some just need help to find the right information.
Others need support to use digital services.
Our Digital Advice Coaches provide just that, working from our Digital Help Centres across the region, supporting clients to use computers to access online information and self-help resources, directing them to further advice if needed.
At a Citizens Advice Digital Help Centre, clients can get help with and learn about:
- Online PC’s
- Benefits calculators
- Price comparison sites
- Online forms
- Applying for Blue Badge
- Homefinder searches
- Energy switching
- Bus pass applications
- Universal Credit – Maintaining your UC claim
- Job searches & applying for jobs
- Creating/Updating your CV
- Basic digital skills
- Emailing & online safety
- Using search engines & social media
- Improving your health online
- managing your money online
In doing so, you’ll build your skills and confidence to find information online and use digital services like registering for housing, claiming benefits or applying for a job.
