It is with great regret that we have had to suspend our face to face services. However, if you need our help, we are doing everything possible to maintain our support by other means in these difficult times.
We have therefore increased our resources for telephone and online services. As you can imagine our phone lines are very busy and it may prove difficult to connect without holding for an extended period.

Our Gateway Service is designed to assess exactly how best we can meet your needs. Our trained staff have a vast amount of information available to them and they can make any relevant specialist advice appointments or referrals to law clinics and other external agencies.

Our drop-in Gateway Service is available at our Chorley Citizens Advice office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30am to 4.00pm

Telephone Gateway Service
Our Telephone Gateway Service is designed to assess exactly how best we can meet your needs. It operates in exactly the same way as our drop-in service but gives you the convenience of calling from home, at the office or even on the move. Our trained telephone staff have a vast amount of information available to them and they can make any relevant specialist advice appointments or referrals to law clinics and other external agencies.

We have local solicitors who will provide an initial free thirty minute consultation covering areas such as Employment, Housing and Family Law.

Specialist Debt Service
All our debt specialists are highly trained and can deal with a wide range of issues by offering free confidential and independent advice. They are professionally recognised by all Banking and Credit Providers, Local Authority & Housing Associations and Statutory Benefits Agencies.
We can advise on a wide range of debt solutions such as Debt Relief Orders, Debt Management Plans and Bankruptcy.

MoneyPlan
MoneyPlan is an initiative to give financial guidance to consumers who wouldn't ordinarily be able to access professional advice.
Citizens Advice Lancashire West, Personal Finance Society and Partnership are working together to provide free generic financial advice to all our clients who need it. Our Financial Advisers are fully qualified and will provide advice on an appointment basis at our Fleetwood office in a face to face interview or by telephone on any aspect of financial advice such as mortgages, endowments, equity release, financial planning, pensions, tax and savings and investments.
