We appreciate that for many of our clients this is a very difficult time with the cost-of-living crisis and fuel voucher help is available if you are on a pre-payment meter only.
To request a fuel voucher, you must be:
1. The bill payer for the property.
2. On pre-payment meters.
3. Using emergency credit from your supplier.
If you can answer Yes to the questions above, we can refer you through to a third party organisation and they may contact you with further questions.
If you cannot answer Yes, we will not be able to refer you for support and you should contact your supplier directly and seek assistance from them, especially if you are at immediate risk of disconnection.

Please be aware we are only a referrer, we do not issue the voucher codes and are unable to say how long it will take to receive a code.
